Here it is first thing this morning.
I come in, I get myself set up, I'm get the computer warmed up. I put my things in my locker. I return to the desk and check people in.
I can finally answer the phone. The caller is hanging on, thank  goodness. they must call early to increase their chances of getting an intake.
When i finally picked up the line, all I heard was snoring..zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.....

Sometimes people just talk too much. someone is sitting in the waiting room, talking ALL HIS BUSINESS!!!! and the other patient is just nodding and listening. smiling when appropriate.

This is the reason i get out of my bed an come to work.
